- •4. Living in one of the three selected regions: Geita, Rukwa or Ruvuma

- •1. Not a Tanzanian PSSN beneficiary household
- •2. Not living in rural villages with at least 9 PSSN households
- •3. No children under age of 5 years in the household
- •4. Living in a region other than Geita, Rukwa or Ruvuma
