- •Age of 25 to 70 years

- •Taking melatonin, multivitamin-mineral and antioxidant supplements during the last 3 months before the intervention
- •Taking anti-inflammatory agents
- •History of metabolic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid and cardiovascular disease
