1.Collegiate athletes involved in football, basketball and volleyball.
2.Working knowledge of English language
3.BMI- 18.5-24.9
4.Participants must have at least 1 year of playing experience
5.Participants should be involved in sport-specific training on at least 2 days per week.
1.Any cardiovascular, respiratory, abdominal, urinary, gynecological, neurological, musculoskeletal, or other chronic diseases.
2.Prior experience of WBV in last 3 months.
3.Use of medications that could affect the musculoskeletal system.
4.Any lower extremity surgery in past 1year or musculoskeletal disorders that would prohibit the subject to participate in sports.
5.History of epilepsy.
