入选标准
- •Pregnant WOMEN ABOVE 18 years of age of physical status ASA I&II scheduled for cesarean delivery under spinal anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1.Patients presenting with fever or shivering
- •2.Patients with hypertensive disorders of prgenancy or cardiac diseases
- •3.Patients with antepartum haemorrhage
- •4.Obstetric or maternal condition & comorbidities which may require spinal drug administration different from the study protocol(eg.short stuture,expected longer duration of surgery due to uterine abnormalities,etc.)
- •5.known allergy to drugs being used
- •6.Patients refusal
