Inclusion Criteria

Pregnant WOMEN ABOVE 18 years of age of physical status ASA I&II scheduled for cesarean delivery under spinal anaesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients presenting with fever or shivering

2.Patients with hypertensive disorders of prgenancy or cardiac diseases

3.Patients with antepartum haemorrhage

4.Obstetric or maternal condition & comorbidities which may require spinal drug administration different from the study protocol(eg.short stuture,expected longer duration of surgery due to uterine abnormalities,etc.)

5.known allergy to drugs being used

6.Patients refusal
