Inclusion Criteria
Insured at the TK.
At least 18 years of age.
A minimum care level (Pflegegrad) of 1.
A maximum care level (Pflegegrad) of 4.
Exclusion Criteria
Severe dementia, severe psychiatric disorders or other severe medical conditions that exclude participation (including severe hearing impairment, severe motor impairment, and severe cognitive or mental disorders).
Resident of a stationary facility.
Currently admitted to hospital / rehabilitation, or planned to be admitted to hospital or rehab during the study for a period exceeding 3 weeks per admission.
