入选标准
- •All adult traumatic brain injury patients admitted to AIIMS trauma center within 24 hours of injury
排除标准
- •1.who present after 24 hours of injury
- •2.having eye injury or cataract in whom assessment of pupillary response is not possible
- •3.having cervical spine injury, moderate or severe abdominal and thoracic trauma.
- •4.having history of any psychiatric illness or psychological problem, alcoholics and drug addicts.
- •5.are sedated precluding the examiner from obtaining scores.
- •6.who receive mannitol before recording of scores.
