Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Systemically healthy patients
- •2\.Patient with healthy and stable soft tissue architecture
- •3\.Patients with 1 implant placed with functional restoration with keratinized mucosa \< 1mm , who were able to maintain oral hygiene around dental implants.
- •4\.Patients with thin gingival phenotype
- •5\.Co\-operative, motivated and hygiene conscious patients.
- •6\.Peri\-implant probing depth \<3mm
- •7\.No signs of pre\-exsisting peri\-implantitis.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with systemic diseases that would have influenced bone or soft tissue metabolism
- •2\.Pregnant or lactating females
- •3\.Tobacco smokers
- •4\.Uncontrolled medical conditions precluding elective surgery
- •5\.Untreated periodontal conditions
- •6\.Patients treated with any medication known to cause gingival hyperplasia
- •7\.Drug and alcohol abuse
