Inclusion Criteria

1.Drug resistant epilepsy (failure of adequate trials of two tolerated and appropriately chosen AED)

2.individuals whose AED regimen is stable and is unlikely to require modification during the study period

3.Localization related epilepsy by clinical semiology/EEG/MRI brain (lesion consistent with clinical phenomenon)

4. Candidate of epilepsy surgery but non-willing for it.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Impaired cognition (MOCA <25)

2.Already engaged in intensive yoga practice (practice >3 d/wk)

3.EEG s/o generalized epilepsy, has systemic disorder or active organic brain lesion

4.Pregnant lady or those planning for pregnancy during study period

5.Physically disabled in a manner that precluded meaningful participation in the intervention (eg, quadriplegic paralysis)
