入选标准
- •ASA physical status I â?? II patients of either sex between age 18- 60 years. Patients undergoing lower limb orthopaedic surgeries.
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal for the procedure.
- •2. Spinal anomalies.
- •3. Any contraindications to spinal anaesthesia such as local infection at site of injection, allergy to the drugs, raised intracranial pressure, deranged coagulation profile.
- •4. ASA physical status III and above.
