Men and women; aged 60 years or over; who are independent in carrying out basic daily activities; who do not have absolute restrictions on the practice of physical activities.
Older adults with physical or motor limitations that make it impossible to perform functional tests; with a recent history of stroke; heart failure; those who use a pacemaker; who do not control unstable medical conditions (eg diabetes mellitus and hypertension); with neurological disease; with severe osteoporosis (with a history of two or more fractures); those who do not walk independently and need to use orthosis for locomotion.
