Inclusion Criteria
indication of cesarean section (elective or emergency) and gestational age more than 37 weeks
Exclusion criteria: hospital stay more than 24 hrs before the cesarean section, the previous operation with a mid abdominal under the umbilical incision, the pre operative body temperature more than 38 degree centigrade in 48 hrs, take the antibiotics in the week before the operation, multiple pregnancy, history of previous cesarean section, history of diabetes, hypertension, infectious diseases, cardio vascular diseases, coagulopathy
