1. Patients with right lower extremity fracture status post fixation of right femoral or tibial fracture
Femoral shaft fracture ( AO 32 A1,A2,A3,B1B2,C1)
Distal femoral fracture ( AO 33 A1,A2,B1,B2 )
Tibial plateau fracture ( Schatzker I-IV , AO 41 A1,A2,B1,B2,B3,C1 )
Tibial shaft fracture ( AO 42 A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,C1)
Tibial plafond fracture ( AO 43 A1,A2,B1,B2,C1)
2. Age 18-70 years old
3. Follow-up at department of Orthopaedic Surgery, faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital
1. Patients with history of recent fracture in right lower extremity within 3 months
2. Patients with multiple fractures in right lower extremity more than 1 location
3. Patient with functional dependence
4.Patients with medical unfit for driving
5. Patients with no secure fracture fixation construct for early weight bearing
