: The use of suprasternal approach ultrasound to confirm the endotracheal tube position has high sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy with an acceptable interruption airway management. However, it needs an operator-dependent skill. It is a safe, non-invasive, and reliable technique to confirm the site of an endotracheal tube.

- •Patients who age older than 18 years old who underwent general anesthesia with planned intubation.
排除标准
- •For patients who were in the clinical trial, ultrasound probe was obstructed the airway management of intubation until harmful, these patients will be withdrawn from the study.
