- •2. The ability to walk independently with or without a mobility aid
- •3. The ability to activate the ankle plantarflexors

- •2. Botulinum toxin type A (Botox) injections or serial casting in the past 6 months
- •3. Receiving intrathecal baclofen
- •4. Unable to comply with the protocol
