Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients with clinically suspected lesions of tinea with positive microscopic examination with history of topical or systemic steroid use prior to study.
- •2.Patients of either sex, aged 18 -65 years
- •3.Willing to give written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Pregnant and lactating women
- •2.Patients having clinical diagnosis of tinea infections other than tinea corporis, tinea cruris and tinea faciei.
- •3.History of use of antifungal drugs in past 4 weeks
- •4.History of known allergy to study drugs.
- •5.Patients with severe comorbidities: mental illness, liver and renal disease, cardiac failure and other co-existing dermatological diseases
- •6.Immunocompromised patients and patients on Immunosuppressive drugs during study duration or in past 2 weeks.
