Inclusion Criteria
1.Young males (Less than 40 years) with LUTS
2.New or follow-up patients willing to give informed consent
3.Young patients with vesical calculus after treatment of calculus
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with urethritis
2.Patients having acute prostatitis/Chronic bacterial prostatitis
3.Patients with cystitis
4.Patients with pyelonephritis
5.Any patient with diagnosed stricture disease
6.Urothelial malignancy
