Inclusion Criteria
1. good general and dental health
2. 28 permanent teeth
3. not wearing fixed orthodontic appliance or removable denture
4. an unstimulated whole salivary flow of 0.3-1.1 ml/min
5. daily brushing with F toothpaste and no history of using dry brushing technique
Exclusion Criteria
1. cannot comply the protocol
2. drop out
