•Type 2 diabetes mellitus or recent / diagnosed hyperglycaemia
• Age> 18 years
• treatment with free therapy
•Type 1 diabetes mellitus, pancreoprive diabetes, gestational diabetes
• Pregnancy
• Continuous parenteral nutrition
• IV insulin therapy
• Treatment with the decision support component of GlucoTab®
