•Non- diabetic, normotensive offspring of Type 2 diabetic parents (one or both)with LF/HF ratio more than 2.5

•Any of the following was regarded as a criterion for exclusion from the study:
•i.Subjects on any regular medical treatment.
•ii.Subjects with CV risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia and high triglyceride level.
•iii.12-lead ECG with any significant abnormalities
•iv.Subjects with neuromuscular disorders.
•v.Subjects with joint pains.
•vi.History of alcoholism (alcohol abuse) and cannot refrain from alcohol consumption during the study period.
•vii.History of Smoking and cannot refrain from smoking during the study period.
•viii.Subjects who do yoga practice for four hours in a week.
•ix.Subject refusal
