There have been studies showing effective period of prewarming before the procedure which prevents the onset of hypothermia by the end of the surgical procedure. There has been lack pf studies focusing on prewarming in open abdominal surgery under combined epidural and general anaesthesia.

- •Patients undergoing open abdominal surgeries Patients with ASA grading I,II or III.
排除标准
- •Patient refuses epidural analgesia Any emergency procedure with no prewarming time.
