1) Among the patients who visited our orthopedic outpatient clinic for unilateral shoulder pain, according to the classification of DeOrio and Cofield, a rotator cuff tear was diagnosed as a medium tear (1-3 cm) or less, and among patients scheduled for surgery, those who agreed to this study
2) Patients with 3 weeks or more left until surgery
1) Patients with frozen shoulder, shoulder arthritis, or other shoulder joint disease such as shoulder instability
2) Patients with a history of shoulder joint surgery
3) Patients with bleeding tendency
4) Patients with inflammatory musculoskeletal system such as rheumatoid arthritis and spondyloarthropathies
