Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA class I, II, III.
2.Surgeries requiring placement of left sided Double lumen tubes.
3.Presence of preoperative CT scan of thorax.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Refusal to participate in the study
2.Distorted or altered airway anatomy (previous airway surgery, history of radiotherapy to pharynx, larynx or trachea).
3.Pre-existing sore throat or hoarseness of voice.
4.Tracheostomised patient.
5.Absence of pre-operative CT scan.
6.Intraluminal tumour in airway.
7.Anticipated difficult airway [Mallampati score >3]
8.Poor cricoid visualization on ultrasonography.

Name Time Method 1.To compare the agreement between the diameter of the cricoid cartilage using computed tomography and ultrasound <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2.Comparison of accuracy of size of DLT as predicted by the CT and Ultrasound by dividing the total sample randomly into the two groups. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Till double lumen tube placement
