Inclusion Criteria
1. Male COVID-19 patients hospitalized at KCMH
2. Age 18 y or older
3. Healthy male volunteer, with no previous history of COVID-19 infection.
4. Patients not require additional oxygen supplementation during admission
Exclusion Criteria
Male with
1. History of infertility
2. History of testicular trauma, testicular surgery, testicular infection.
3. History of mumps
4. History of testicular tumor or active other malignancy
5. History of cryptorchidism
