入选标准
- •1. Spasticity in upper and lower extremity muscles in central nervous disorder
- •2. No orthopedic surgery, botulinum treatment, baclofen intrathecal treatment within the past 6 months
- •3. Written informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Oral anticoagulant
- •2. Patients with untreated blood clotting disorders such as hemophilia
- •3. patients with thrombosis
- •4. patients with malignant tumors
- •5.Patients who have received cortisone therapy for more than 6 months or who have not passed 6 weeks since their last cortisone injection.
- •6. Patients who are pregnant or may be pregnant
- •7. jRCTs052190050 Research collaborators excluding completed cases who have completed up to follow-up in research on improvement effect of spasticity by extracorporeal shock wave
- •8. Other patients who are judged by the attending physician to be inappropriate for participation in this clinical study
