1. Spasticity in upper and lower extremity muscles in central nervous disorder
2. No orthopedic surgery, botulinum treatment, baclofen intrathecal treatment within the past 6 months
3. Written informed consent
1. Oral anticoagulant
2. Patients with untreated blood clotting disorders such as hemophilia
3. patients with thrombosis
4. patients with malignant tumors
5.Patients who have received cortisone therapy for more than 6 months or who have not passed 6 weeks since their last cortisone injection.
6. Patients who are pregnant or may be pregnant
