Inclusion Criteria
Critically Ill children who require PICU care with no contraindication(eg: gastrointestinal bleeding, ileus, suspected perforation)for initiation of enteral nutrition or insertion of small bore feeding tube aged 1 year to 13 years and PICU for >24 hours
Exclusion Criteria
1. Children with Bowel obstruction
2. Children with risk of intestinal ischemia
3.Patients receiving Parenteral Nutrition
4.Those who have undergone surgeries on GI tract
5.Patients whose parents refuse to give consent.
