Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged \<\=75 years;
- •2\. Patients with old myocardial infarction;
- •3\. Patients with acute myocardial infarction;
- •4\. Patients after coronary intervention or bypass surgery;
- •5\. Coronary angiography or coronary CTA confirmed at least one coronary artery stenosis \>\=50%;
- •6\. The clinical manifestations were asymptomatic, stable angina pectoris, and stable ACS for more than 1 month.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnancy, planned pregnancy and breastfeeding women;
- •2\. Severe heart failure, EF \< 35%, or patients with severe valvular disease or cardiomyopathy;
- •3\. Patients with severe copd, cor pulmonale or respiratory failure;
- •4\. Patients with known hepatic and renal insufficiency, the upper limit of normal value of basal liver enzyme detection of \> was 3 times or complicated with cirrhosis;
- •5\. Nephrotic syndrome or eGFR\<30mL/min/1\.73m2 or kidney transplantation;
- •6\. Serious mental illness;
- •7\. Patients with chronic, recurrent infectious diseases or malignant tumors;
- •8\. Patients whose life expectancy is less than 2 years.
