Inclusion Criteria
1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for depression;
2. Age over 18 years, gender unlimited;
3. Willing to participate in the clinical trial and sign the written subject informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Those who are seriously ill, delirious, and may be in danger of life during the test;
2. Menstruation, pregnancy and lactation;
3. Other lesions (such as injury, operation, tumor);
4. Have a history of alcohol abuse and drug abuse (within 6 months before the trial);
5. Use of other experimental drugs within 1 month before inclusion in this study;
6. Unable to follow visitors on time;
7. Severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and kidney, which was considered unsuitable by researchers.
