1. History of velopharyngeal insufficiency; palatal, pharyngeal or laryngeal surgery; speech or swallowing impairment; and trismus. 2. Contraindication of propofol (1) History of allergic reaction to propofol, egg yolk or soybean (2) Pregnancy or breast-feeding
