Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • \* Male COPD patients requiring home oxygen
  • \* Formal spirometry data less than one year old

Exclusion Criteria

  • \* Co\-morbidities that may effect respiratory function or physiological measurements
  • \* Active respiratory infection on day of study
  • \* Frequent pursed\-lip breathing
  • \* Anxiousness about breathing with a system different to their current one
