Informed consent
Having the criteria of anxiety and stress symptoms according to the analysis and interpretation of the Dass-21 questionnaire.
Being at least 18 years old and at most 50 years old
Not participating in other educational and therapeutic classes at the same time
Not suffering from psychiatric disorders such as: schizophrenia, bipolar, addiction, etc.,
Not receiving psychiatric drugs.
Having depression symptoms
Suffering from major psychiatric disorders
Suffering from any type of severe medical disease that prevents the continuation of treatment, for example: severe heart diseases, respiratory problems, etc.
Suffering from anxiety disorders caused by medical and general conditions
Received psychotherapy in the last 6 months
Not having criteria for anxiety symptoms according to the DASS-21 questionnaire
Not participating in meetings and doing homework
