Inclusion Criteria

Grade 1 strain with pain and swelling outside the ankle at the ankles on the outer surface of the ankle joint
Restriction of ankle movements
Absence of dead blood around the ankle joint

Exclusion Criteria

Achilles tendon injuries, ankle fractures such as fractures of the humerus, fibula, tibia or ankle dislocation
Unwillingness to continue treatment
Ultrasound includes pregnancy, the presence of malignant tissue, tumors, electrical devices implanted in the body such as cardiac pacemakers, open infectious wounds, heat disturbances, radiotherapy for the past 6 months, cardiovascular disorders and hypertension, the presence of tuberculosis and incurable patients the trust
