Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged \>\=40 years;
- •2\. Gender: male or female;
- •3\. Voluntarily participate in this research and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Suffering from diseases that affect bone metabolism, such as malignant tumors, diabetes, thyroid disease, parathyroid disease, adrenal disease, chronic liver and kidney disease;
- •2\. Take antiepileptic drugs, letrozole, immunosuppressants and other drugs that affect bone metabolism.
- •3\. Have undergone a total hysterectomy;
- •4\. Have received regular anti\-osteoporosis treatment.
