Inclusion Criteria
1. Aged >=40 years;
2. Gender: male or female;
3. Voluntarily participate in this research and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Suffering from diseases that affect bone metabolism, such as malignant tumors, diabetes, thyroid disease, parathyroid disease, adrenal disease, chronic liver and kidney disease;
2. Take antiepileptic drugs, letrozole, immunosuppressants and other drugs that affect bone metabolism.
3. Have undergone a total hysterectomy;
4. Have received regular anti-osteoporosis treatment.
