Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients unwilling for the trial
- •Patients unwilling for local anaesthesia
- •Patients allergic to local anaesthetic agents
- •Paediatric patients
- •Patients with bleeding disorders
- •Patients in anticoagulants
- •Patients with acute perianal suppuration
