Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients who have seen a doctor in our hospital and obtained a clear diagnosis;
2) All inspection items and physical signs are perfect;
3) Good nutrition;
4) Aged Over 18 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Personal history and family history of hereditary diseases;
2) Personal history of malignant tumors;
3) Infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis.
