- •1.Patient posted for emergency laporotomy surgeries under General anaesthesia
- •2.Patient belongs to ASA physical status 2 or 3
- •3.Patient with Age 20 ââ?¬â?? 65 years.
排除标准
- •1.patients with history of severe cardiac disease.
- •2.patients with history of metabolic or neuromuscular disorders.
- •3.predicted difficult airway patients.
- •4.patients with history of interacting drug /drug allergy
- •5.Patients refusal to participate in the study
