ASA Grade I, II, III
femur fracture patient operated under spinal anaesthesia
1.Patients with contraindications for subarachnoid block like refusal for spinal anaesthesia, local infection ,patients with raised intracranial tension and coagulopathy
2. Morbid obesity
3. Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, liver and renal disease
4. Patients with multiple bone fractures
5. Pregnant and lactating mothers
6. Patients with psychiatric illness
7. Patients with peripheral sensorineural deficit
8. Patients with drug addiction or alcohol abuse
