1. age 56 to 75 years diagnosed with primary knee osteoarthritis
2. radiograph knee show Kellgren, Lawrence score III to IV
3. staged bilateral knee arthroplasty at least 6 months
1. previous knee surgery
2. previous or recent knee infection
3. underlying disease with cerebrovascular and neuromuscular that affected knee function
4. liver disease, malnutrition, hypoalbuminemia
5. lung complication
6. ESRD, autoimmune disease
7. NSAIDs allergy
8. history of hyaluronic acid usage within 6 months
9. systemic NSAIDs within 15 days
10. drug abuse and alcohol usage within 3 months
