入选标准
- •1. age 56 to 75 years diagnosed with primary knee osteoarthritis
- •2. radiograph knee show Kellgren, Lawrence score III to IV
- •3. staged bilateral knee arthroplasty at least 6 months
排除标准
- •1. previous knee surgery
- •2. previous or recent knee infection
- •3. underlying disease with cerebrovascular and neuromuscular that affected knee function
- •4. liver disease, malnutrition, hypoalbuminemia
- •5. lung complication
- •6. ESRD, autoimmune disease
- •7. NSAIDs allergy
- •8. history of hyaluronic acid usage within 6 months
- •9. systemic NSAIDs within 15 days
- •10. drug abuse and alcohol usage within 3 months
