Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with chronic mechanical neck pain with a duration of more than 3 months
- •Neck disability index scoring of \>\=5%.
- •Numeric pain rating scale \>\= 3
Exclusion Criteria
- •Injury, tumor, infection, or other non mechanical cause of neck pain
- •Clinically significant herniated disk with positive radicular arm pain, spinal fractures, and recent cervical surgery (cervical radiculopathy, myelopathy)
- •A history of trauma for neck pain
- •A headache associated with migrane
- •Psychiatric illness
