Exclusion Criteria
- Acute infections or orthopaedic problems that make spiroergometric exercise impossible.
- Wearing a pacemaker or an ongoing pregnancy, as this makes it impossible to carry out a bioimpedance analysis (BIA) to record body composition.
- Metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus.
- Known cardiovascular diseases such as arterial hypertension, CHD, heart failure, (etc.).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Comparison of physiological performance and biological parameters with the same exercise modality during cardiopulmonary exercise on the cycle ergometer depending on the circadian rhythm.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Prediction of wattage based on physiological and biological data.
