Inclusion Criteria
cardiovascular disease includes conditions such as high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, angina, stroke, acute coronary syndrome, chronic heart failure and other less prevalent conditions with diabetes mellitus who are admitted to inpatient and outpatient department.
Exclusion Criteria
patients who are unconsious, unresponsive, comatose, pregnant and lactating womens are excuded from the study.

Name Time Method The study results will give an overview of drug use challenges and quality of life among patients with diabetes associated cardiovascular disease which helps in managing the health issues in these patients as well as improve treatment outcome. Identification of drug related problem will be useful in better treatment and thus enables rationalized drug therapy.Timepoint: 0 15 30 days
