Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed patients of Madhumeha will be selected.
With symptoms of Polyurea,polyphagia,poludipsia OR FBSL >126 PPBSL >200mg/dl
Avila mutrata, prabhut mutrata, sthoulaya, bahuashi
patients having BMI more then 24.9
Irrespective of their sex, religion and caste
pt having BMI more then 24.9
Exclusion Criteria
1.sahaja prameha
2.complication of prameha
3.patients with any major illness eg HIV ,TB
4.Patients with Systemic disorder like Bronchial asthma , endocrinal disorders etc
5.pregnant women
