1.Malnutrition is a common medical problem that affects cancer patients.2.Malnutrition negatively impacts quality of life, increase risk of prolongedhospitalization, morbid and mortality.3.Nutritional assessment of cancer patients is necessary at the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment.

Inclusion Criteria

1.Cancer patientswho come to the internal medicine department Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen University from 1 January 2022 to 30 April 2023 and they have not been assessed for nutritional status.
2. 18 years of age and older.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with pre-existing liver disease including cirrhosis, hepatitis, fatty liver, and those whose liver function tests have abnormal values.
(TB >1.5 md/dL, ALT > 40 U/L, AST >40 U/L, ALP > 120 U/L)
2. Patients with chronic kidney disease grade 5 (eGFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2)
3. Patients who are unable to provide information to assess nutritional status
4. Patients who are in crisis or unable to cooperate
