Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients aged between 18 to 60 years and all genders.

2.Patients presenting with the signs and symptoms of Amav ?ta.

3.Patients presenting with 2010 ACR Criteria for Rheumatoid arthritis.

4.Patients who are eligible for Vamana karma.

5.Patients who are eligible for Virechana karma.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients below the age of 18 and above the age of 60 years.

2.Patients with Diabetes and Hypertension.

3.Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (Amav ?ta) associated with other arthritic conditions such as Gouty arthritis, Osteo arthritis etc.,

4.Patients associated with any other major systemic illness such as malignancies, T.B, HIV etc.,

5.Dyslipidemia.
