Inclusion Criteria
Only healthy adults of female sex (age 18-35) are included in the study. For inclusion participants must meet the following criteria: a) aged 18 to 35 years, b) show voluntariness, c) have capacity to consent, d) pass preliminary screening with the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) {Thomas 1992 #238}, e) give written and informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Acute or chronic physical and psychological diseases and drug abuse. Additional general exclusion criteria is pregnancy.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Glucose, insulin and fat (free fatty acids and lipoproteins) blood serum values. Measurements using venuous blood drawings at minute 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 and 240 during sitting. Analysis using maximal and minimal values as well as area under the curve.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Subjective scale for assessment of mood and well-being. Assessed at the end of sitting of each intervention.
