入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Age: 18-75 years
- •2.Patients with symptomatic knee osteoarthritis (OA) with pain score >=6 and KL grade 1-3 that is recalcitrant to conservative modalities.
- •3. Patients who are not good surgical candidates because of medical comorbidities and/or a high body mass index (BMI).
- •4.Patients unwilling for surgery.
- •5. Patients who have had a previously successful genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation (GNRFA), as this procedure can be repeated to address recurrent symptomatic knee OA.
排除标准
- •1.Refusal of patient or relatives.
- •2.Allergic to local anaesthetic and/or radiographic contrast agent.
- •3.Coagulopathy or patients on anticoagulants.
- •4.Local site infection.
- •5.Pregnancy.
- •6.Severe psychiatric illness.
- •7.Red flag sign.
- •8.Acute knee injury.
- •9.Unstable knee joint.
- •10.Chronic pain syndrome.
- •11.Presence of an implantable defibrillator & Presence of a pacemaker.
