1.Age: 18-75 years
2.Patients with symptomatic knee osteoarthritis (OA) with pain score >=6 and KL grade 1-3 that is recalcitrant to conservative modalities.
3. Patients who are not good surgical candidates because of medical comorbidities and/or a high body mass index (BMI).
4.Patients unwilling for surgery.
5. Patients who have had a previously successful genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation (GNRFA), as this procedure can be repeated to address recurrent symptomatic knee OA.
1.Refusal of patient or relatives.
2.Allergic to local anaesthetic and/or radiographic contrast agent.
3.Coagulopathy or patients on anticoagulants.
4.Local site infection.
5.Pregnancy.
6.Severe psychiatric illness.
7.Red flag sign.
8.Acute knee injury.
9.Unstable knee joint.
10.Chronic pain syndrome.
11.Presence of an implantable defibrillator & Presence of a pacemaker.

Name Time Method To compare changes in pain scores as measured by NRS at 2,4,8 and 12 weeks with baseline value between two groups.Timepoint: At baseline, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks.

Name Time Method 1.To compare changes in functional improvement as measured by WOMAC score at 2, 4,8,12 weeks with baseline value. <br/ ><br>2.To evaluate and compare depression as measured by Patient health questionnaire9 (PHQ9) score at 2,4,8,12 weeks with baseline value. <br/ ><br>3.Any adverse effects. <br/ ><br>4.Need for rescue analgesia. <br/ ><br>5.Likert scale for patient satisfaction. <br/ ><br>6.Employment status <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At baseline, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks.
