Inclusion Criteria
Adult males or females with atrophic acne scars of grades 2,3 and 4
Exclusion Criteria
•Age less than 12 years and greater than 60 years.
•Pregnant and lactating women.
•Active acne.
•Coexisting inflammation in adjacent skin secondary to dermatological diseases such as psoriasis, lichen planus, eczemas, acne.
•Keloidal tendency.
•On isotretinoin for last 6 months to 1 year.
•Patients with unrealistic expectations or psychiatric illnesses.
•Preexisting bleeding disorder, renal or hepatic diseases.
