Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\-Age \> 35 years old
- •\-Adhesive capsulitis , according to Codman criteria
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Massive or complete rotator cuff tear, calcific tendinitis, arthritis by shoulder US diagnosis and/or shoulder MRI
- •\-Previous Hx of trauma at shoulder
- •\-Poor controlled Diabetic (HbA1c\>7%)
- •\-Hemiparesis due to cerebrovascular accident
- •\-Neuromuscular disease ( brachial plexus injury, myopathy etc.)
- •\-Chronic arthritis (OA, RA)
- •\-Previous shoulder surgery
