- •-Age > 35 years old
- •-Adhesive capsulitis , according to Codman criteria
排除标准
- •-Massive or complete rotator cuff tear, calcific tendinitis, arthritis by shoulder US diagnosis and/or shoulder MRI
- •-Previous Hx of trauma at shoulder
- •-Poor controlled Diabetic (HbA1c>7%)
- •-Hemiparesis due to cerebrovascular accident
- •-Neuromuscular disease ( brachial plexus injury, myopathy etc.)
- •-Chronic arthritis (OA, RA)
- •-Previous shoulder surgery
